Overview
Little turtle Tosbi and his mother live in the garden of an elderly couple’s house. Tosbi spends his days feeding on the fresh vegetables in the garden, playing with his friends and Sezen, the granddaughter of the couple. These carefree days end when Tosbi is caught in the claws of a red falcon. Tosbi is pulled in a series of incredible adventures which start with his being a show turtle in a prison, then the subject of a rocket that children are trying to fire. Tosbi falls on a truck full of straw and goes to a zoo far away. Then, Doctor Biri –whom Tosbi meets as a result of an unexpected accident– and his friends take him back home. But the pink crystals of Doctor Biri will change Little Tosbi’s life completely…

He was born in 1959, in a small village of Manisa. After studying Turkish Language and Literature in the university, he worked as a teacher for a couple of years. He moved to İzmir afterwards and worked as a documentary program producer and director in TRT (Turkish Radio Television) for many years.
