İrem Jung

She was born in İstanbul in 1995. She graduated from the Painting Department of Marmara University’s Faculty of Fine Arts in 2019. She began producing digital illustrations by blending her background in traditional art disciplines with the digital realm, gradually focusing on illustrating children’s books. She attracted attention with her illustrations for the children’s novels Babamın Köyünde (2025) by Jean-Philippe Arrou-Vignod and Çiçek and the Tiger’s Eye (Çiçek ve Kaplan Gözü, 2026) by Sabri Safiye, published by Günışığı Kitaplığı. She lives in Seoul, South Korea, with her husband.
