Monster legends are the mysteries of childhood!
Melis Sena Yılmaz, who became very popular with her debut children’s novel Istanbul Below, once again offers a breathless adventure in her new book. Two children, tracing the oddities of a mysterious nursery rhyme, find themselves in an uncanny escape. The author, who humorously interprets the eternal conflict of good and evil inside us, narrates the effort that is shown for not turning into a monster sometimes and the power of friendship with cheerful language. The adventure, which extends from the shelves of a second-hand bookstore to the depths of our cultural history, offers an impressive reading opportunity with its philosophical references.
